SESSION DESCRIPTIONS:

RISE & GRIND

(Pat's sessions): Functional fitness, unconventional fitness, Hiit, Boxing, weights, Kettlebells.

HUB FIT H.I.I.T Bodyweight 

Workout with our trainer, Evana, using your own Bodyweight for cardio fitness and body toning. Go as hard & fast as you want or slow and steady.

.

HUB FIT H.I.I.T Weights

Workout with our trainer, Evana, using Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle Bells, Weight Plates, Strength Bags and/or Slam Balls. Great for body toning & muscle building. Go as hard, fast and heavy as you want or slow and steady.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS

A mixture of bodyweight exercises and functional fitness gear; Battle ropes, Strength Bags, Slam Balls plus what the area provides (ie benches, walls, steps etc). Great for cardio fitness and body toning . Go as hard, fast and heavy as you want or slow and steady.

*If you want to do any boxing padwork in these sessions, please b.y.o wraps and gloves (or you can hire).

ISO-TONE

(Low intensity/Impact): Workout with our trainer, Evana, using your own Bodyweight and resistance bands or light dumbbells for isolated body toning of not only the major muscle groups but the smaller ones too.

PUNCHFIT

Boxing Fitness. Great for cardio, resistance, coordination, cognitive function and stress release. Suitable for all ages & stages. Wraps and gloves can be hired.

FLOW'N'GO

With Pat. Boxing Pad work. Learn long flowing combos. Great for motor memory, coordination & cognitive function. 

Wraps and gloves can be hired.

BOXERCIZE

Workout with Evana.

Think Billy Blanks Tae Bo. Jazercise/Aerobics mixed with shadow boxing/kickboxing with a dash of freestyle dancing. Can hold weights. All ages and stages welcome. Coordination not needed.. it’s all about moving and having fun!

CORE BLAST/CORE & STRETCH/CORE & BOOTY

Core strengthening class with added glute exercises or stretch flow exercises included.

Work on strengthening your core with abdominal and lower back exercises. Class with be either Bodyweight based or exercises using core rollers, Swiss Balls and BOSU balance ball (provided). Most exercises are floor based so attendees will be required to be comfortable getting up and down off the floor.

DONKEY STAIRS - FREE

Stair walking (or running if you are that way inclined) session at Highfield Reserve Stairs, all welcome.

Increase endorphins by getting up a sweat and get your vitamin D at the same time.
